sales跌平均房价却涨是因为没凑够20%首付的首次置房者和投资者的退出导致低中价位的房子卖得少了.

sales已经跌了, 明年房价会跟着跌吗? 拭目以待~

高价不涨。中低价位的，有更多选择。
