最近看了个town house built in 1999, ,经过多次议价卖家终于万分不情愿地接受了offer,我们放的条件是subject to building report .今天报告出来了,说没有漏水迹象,但是有一些的其他问题需要修补,什么屋顶有破碎瓦片,soffits有点漏水迹象因为顶上的spouting有堵塞,需要进一步检查和修补。一处cladding有些细微的裂缝。客厅的一个转角的bay window有相对较高的湿气。浴室的门需要重新调整有漏水. 。。。。总体感觉是average condition, 但问题也不少,有的地方说需要进一步的检查。请问这样的情况下一步怎么做?先找律师谈?请各位有经验的朋友指教。谢谢。
