Who is responsible for planning daily/monthly specials?

Who is responsible for estimating food costs?

Who is responsible for estimating labour costs?

Who is responsible for ordering food supplies?

Do you monitor the quality of the dishes at preparation and presentation? What does this involve?

Do you discuss food preparation issues with managers and other staff?

What cooking techniques and procedures are you required to use in your current position?

What percentage of your day do you spend preparing and cooking food?

Do you explain hygiene regulations?

Do you enforce hygiene regulations? If so, what does this involve?

Are you involved in selecting staff?

Who is responsible for training staff?

Do you freeze and preserve foods?
