肯定吵，而且还是老房子共振什么的肯定有的，灰尘，老房子，不过地很大，到公交站走过去就可以，上高速方便

买的高价的房子。是他们拍卖失败的所以我才会买到这房子。

the house is pretty bad, not good enough, the exterior is fucking bad, you need to keep paint. stomwater is another problem for this house...if you ask the agent, they will say they donnot know. Robert zhang don not know everything, only he knows how to persuade you to purchase a lower quality house like this......

Stomwater 和 floorwater有什么区别吗，还是说两个是一回事。看着这个房子不像是在洪水区呀

google it, so you purchase the house?? did you ask your agent or lawyer?? there is no lunch for free..he is the asshole....

估计被他忽悠过吧，买房子还是要靠自己，别指望中介会透露什么，找律师,builder 看自己把关才是硬道理

其实如果会把握的话，不给力的卖家中介对买家来说有时候是个很好的机会

他们夫妻俩似乎专卖sunnynook的这片有不少是他们卖的不过价格似乎都一般甚至感觉偏低
