as per my experience, they will give you the feedback after their salesperson talking to the merchant.....cos i came across the issues before and i got the refund as service cancelled........good luck.

去grabone 退款吧上次麻辣诱惑的火锅券使用完了跟他们客服反应情况直接退款还送代金券。

grabone要收商家20%的费用，所以商家的服务就一般般了。特别是饭店。

毫无意义，以后这类没有明确标价需要靠报价的团购看都别看
