有同学报过牙医保险吗？需要些什么材料？我是牙齿疼痛，而且智齿是横着长，抵住板牙，而且里面烂了一个洞，痛了两周了，我今天刚去拔了，请问我去报保险需要些什么呢？谢谢

I think you need to ring the insurance company and get a claim form. Then fill in the details, and if necessarily, let the dentist fill in their part, then post the form with your invoice and receipt to the insurance company. If there is any problem, the insurance company will contact us.
