请问如果我作为建筑 sub-contractor sole trader ，没有certificate of examption from withholding tax ,这种情况下，是不是 contractor 就一定要代我(sub-contractor)交withholding tax ,

我不是专门做这个的，不过貌似人工部分雇主必须的交20%，到你手的的钱只有80%
