就是skykiwi大家都知道的牙医。
一星期之前定了一个今天3pm的appointment补牙，原本还挺期待的，因为有很多人都给他好评。但在appointment前2小时，receptionist 打电话过来说他要去机场接人，不知道什么时候可以回来，问我可不可以等。我说要等多久，答，不确定，不知道。怎么那么不professional？？？一星期之前定好的时间，怎么也不能守时。而且不知道让顾客等多久，还让别人等。。。有点不尊重人嘛。。。伤心。。。


希望至少补牙的技术好些吧。。。

刚补牙回来， 更新一下 -------------
我后来打电话又去问,receptionist 让我3.20pm去。等了20分钟左右，牙医匆匆的来了，态度不错，连连道歉。可能是时间不够吧，外面有很多人等，所以没有xray，直接补牙的。 我也傻傻的没问，因为紧张啊，我很没用。。。补的好不好，现在不知道，希望是好的！


总结， $200飞走了~ 心痛，希望牙齿不痛！

他们家非常不专业，第一次去当天约的时间，等了 差不多40分钟，第二次提前一个礼拜订的时间，打了两三次电话来让改时间，到最后去 还是等了 40分钟，然后洗牙不到10分钟，说牙齿很干净，然后 好像收了160大刀。。

反正是不会去了。

原来在Dominia Rd 有一个本地毕业都华人牙医，真的很好，补一次牙160刀。可惜现在退休了；（

Dear LZ

I sincerely apologize for being late on that Wednesday.  My mum arrives on CX 107 from HKG for my wedding and suppose to be arrived at 1:05pm, but she has been delayed at the immigration and I am the only one who can pick her up at the airport.  Therefore, I am sorry for being late.

I hope your tooth is not sore now..... If it is sore, please let me know and i will follow it up for you.

We only take x ray if necessarily.  If we suspect there is an infection or Peri-apical lesion, we will take an x ray..... Some dentist take x ray for every single case, but I believe if you don't need to be exposed by unneccesary radiation, that's the best for you.........    I try to treat my patient like treating myself.  If i don't think i will expose myself to radiation, I will not expose you too!  I only take it when its justify.  One x ray is 35 dollars, and only take me 30 secs to do.  I can make more money if i do that. but i really only want to minimize patient cost and minimize your radiation exposure.

I know you don't like me now..... but i wish if you have any problem, still feel free to contact me and i will do my best to improve my service.  I know I am busy but i also know i have no excuse to be late.... so.... I am sincerely apologize once again here for LZ!

Also,  I will never short cut my treatment and lower my standards because I am running late.

If you need an x ray, even patient behind need to wait, I will still do that for you!

I won't do half an extraction and due to running out of time, i leave half of the tooth inside etc.  

That's why sometimes seeing doctor or dentist can be running late.  Cos even we have made an appointment, sometimes we need to finish the proper care of the patient before you.  Everyone is important and therefore I hope patient will understand we are here to look after people, not smoking and having afternoon tea in the room and keep people waiting.......  

Some times treatment can't be predicted until we actually start doing it......one patient can be alot more difficult than the other due to ages, race, amount of decay........ the list goes on..... we can only estimate time only.... but we will always get you done properly.

Why i ask my reception to call LZ before, is because i know mum is still not out yet, and I know i will be late, therefore I tried to call and notify you and hope I won't affect your schedule because i was late.  If you have another meeting to go, i don't want to hold you up.  That's why i asked my receptionist to call you in advance.  We were trying to be helpful, not because we want to change your appointment.  Hope you understand

um... no offence, i don't think I got a discount from you.... it was quoted as $200 before anyway, and xray was like $80 something. I wasn't expecting a discount anyway.

All good is the most important thing! Hope u accept my apology n why I was late........ I am officially off now from work to prepare my big day, but if ur tooth is not right, pls pm me n I will follow up for u!
