2. There are stormwater disposal limitations for this property. If this property is redeveloped or the impermeable area is significantly increased then stormwater disposal will need to be in accordance with the Approved Stormwater Outfall Policy, adopted June 2004. For further information contact the Stormwater Department of the Auckland Council.
3. Stormwater Management areas have different on-site stormwater mitigation requirements for new or re-development. Refer to District Plan Change 22 and Variations 2,3 and 4.

只能說我有見過這樣的情況 再說我所說“一般不容許”是說這是District Plan 的規定(因為在overland flow path上建房不是一般permitted activity 而需要申請resource consent)
什麼是‘康扫图上’呢?
前北岸市政府是其中一個好注重這事的 council 其District Plan 將一切可能阻擋overland flow path 和影響水流的都是Non Complying Activity (resource consent 最難的一個級別 ) 而如果在上面建而不影響水流 等級則會低點和相對容易點 當然你所說的符合排水系統規定也是council 在考慮申請的一個重要因素 但請不要假定這是必然會給通過的
8.4.9.2.4 Non-Complying Activities
a) Buildings and structures (including retaining walls but excluding fences and network utilities) located within or over an overland flow path forming an obstruction to any part of an overland flow path.
