其实什么LVR 出来纯属搞笑，最多就是”止咳“的作用，房价问题根本就是不可能治本了。

问题根源，除了大家都明白的什么“刚性需求”以外，更重要的是，自从2008年以来，看看全世界各个主要经济体，一共增发了多少货币？，这些钱纯粹是为了挽救经济，刺激经济而无中生有地印出来的，多出来的”钱“在全球自由市场像血液般流动，房市，就如吸水海绵一样，被用作吸收锁定这批钱，房价肯定要被推高，如果房市倒了，这批钱又会被“榨”出来，流到别的领域去，有可能是生活必需品，造成更大一轮通货膨胀。

新西兰经济政治相对稳定，目前来说，是比较吸引的房市投资地.

所以什么“抑制房价”，大家就别抱有什么幻想了，政府肯定明白，如果房市这“吸水海绵”作用没了，物价必然更加飞涨，生活更加困难。
