What we have learnt from the last year, has confirmed that the problem with MethAffected properties is at least as big as we thought. Top line, it can be summarised as follows:

- We sampled over 300 properties – over 40% had meth in
- Of the ones with meth in over half needed detailed testing and some form of clean up before people were satisfied
- The map shows the distribution by number of samples and the percentage that were MethAffected in any given area
- Over the 60 odd properties with significant meth contamination issues, the Police were involved with the property for meth related activity prior to MethSolutions doing testing just once!

我猜这么高的比例应该是在里面吸毒的都算，这样就不奇怪了，NZ吸大麻的人太多了

西区很高啊，

知道几个吃毒贩毒的 (kiwi) 碰巧都住西区....... 其中一个进去两次了，他妈妈都快放弃了。唉........

所以买房要看记录和最好是自住房啦，我也有朋友买的房子在我家附近的，怀孕进去的孩子生下来严重过敏，鸡蛋大米什么都不能碰，一次奶奶不小心摔破2个鸡蛋在家孩子路过边上碰到居然送了急诊。
估计是这个房子之前不干净，对孩子有影响了。

奥克兰南区criminal, 西区Drug，当地的洋人都知道，这也是西区南区房价炒不上去的主要原因，有身份的洋人不会去抢这两个区的房子。
