华人施工队在旁边空地盖房子，每天早上六点多就开始，一直搞到晚上七八点，七天无休，周末都不让人睡觉。一栋接一栋的盖。

Within the CBD
Monday to Friday
6.30am to 10.30pm

Saturday
7am to 11pm

Sunday
9am to 7pm

All other times
Minimal noise only

Outside the CBD
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 8pm
Noise should slightly reduce in the last two hours of the day (from 6pm to 8pm)

Saturdays
7.30am to 6pm

Outside these hours and Sundays and public holidays
Noisy construction is not allowed

builder 一般周日都不会施工的

有时间限制的，早上不能太早开工，晚上不能太晚结束

这些人每周日都干活，时间七天一样，六点多就开始敲敲打打

周末应该不允许噪音施工的吧，否则真是太扰民了
