Auckland Sales Volumes fell by 3% in October, compare to the one in September.

Looks like the low-medium priced properties sold less as many first-time buyers are out of market due to LVR restriction.

It's a great chance for investors as vendors may lower their expectations and it's typical that people invest in low-medium priced properties. I hardly see people buy more than $1m house as their rental property.

interesting phenomena, market is distorded for medium price houses....

one day it will release with vengeance.
