Child grabbed at Peacock Fountain

A four-year-old boy was grabbed by a man who attempted to abduct him from the Botanic Gardens in Christchurch, police say.

The incident happened about 2pm Saturday near the Peacock Fountain when a man, possibly of Asian ethnicity, approached the boy who was playing in a tree.

The man grabbed the boy's arm and "attempted to move him from the area", police say.

The offender is described as about 40 years old, short in height, clean shaven and with short black hair. He was wearing a red and black top with grey buttons, brown trousers, brown leather shoes and dark glasses.

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to contact Detective Paul Sullivan on (03)3637949.

when a man, possibly of Asian ethnicity. 那个想要诱拐小孩的大人可能是亚洲人，报纸说的是可能，不过我想大部分读者都会直接把可能二字省略掉。

国内是有个巨大的买卖幼童的市场
有人要卖，所以贩卖儿童才这么猖獗。
这里有吗？
把孩子带走要干嘛呢？
不可能带回国去啊。

不是吧,新西兰也不安全了?今天收到儿子学校校长的email，
'Students walking to and from school, particularly around the Ray Blank Park area should be on the look out for a man roughly in his 40's and possibly wearing a high-viz vest. This particularly applies to female students. Under no circumstances should any contact be made with this person and any concern should be reported to the Police.'
还有善良人们生活的地方吗？？？
