求助大律师，最近看中个房子，中介发给我的资料里在TITLE 部分有写
There is a building line restriction on the title. We recommed you seek independent legal advice.
然后在 Interests 里写的是
K51471 Building Line Restrication.

这是小弟第一次看房买房，实在不知道这限制到底是什么
请教下艾美斯大律师，谁能告诉我下呢？
