标题: 房子上有个设施不认识，谁能告诉我是什么，有照片。 [打印本页]

就这样一个东西在房子的边上（如照片）。几个月前有次红灯闪，同时发出哔哔的报警声，我就把开关关了。当时什么情况也没发生。最近发现下水道排水多后会有废水从井盖溢出，感觉和这个有关系。谁知道这个该找谁修呢？

給院子花花草草自動澆水系統的室外部分麼？如果是，室内該還有一套在墻上可以設定水量時間什麽的東東。

刚问了，说几年前修过的，我是刚买的，所以不知道。说是用来把污水抽到主＃去的bump.平时不动，当污水位置高到一定程度时启动，堵塞时会报警。问题是我找谁修呢？

可能是因为地势不平，低的地方的污水要排到高的地方，就必须用污水泵。

i knew someone who bought a property and not allowed to throw toilet papers into the toilet bowl. toilet paper needs to throw inside the bin........ Everyday, the owner has to clear the toilet paper inside the toilet and put it into rubbish bag.

the area i am talking about is exclusive near a reserve, very steep with long drive away.

you can ask the ex-owner ( through your agent) who did the job for him last time, that person will be more familiar with this kind of thing... at the end, it might be a simple thing or few precautions to look-after.

这个可能要查lim或物业文件，可能是污水泵或雨水泵，维护的成本和要求文件上有规定，应该是分割时位置离公共污水或雨水管问题。估计楼主要出点血来找人维修了。

经人介绍，有个师傅来帮我修了。除了堵塞外，控制盒中的断路保护器也坏了。买了个换上后试了能用。但接上管子后又不启动了，貌似是启动电容给击穿了。这师傅人不错，但对水泵电路也不是很精通，又去附近请了个洋人管道电工，也没好办法。现在只能全套全部换新，但原来里面的泵才装了3年左右，是1000多刀的好货，师傅说是顶级的了。换个几百的怕还没这个好。现在没辙了。

买之前一定要看透房子的文件，出价也比正常的低一些，毕竟还是有维护保养成本，有些文件会明确每年或半年保养一次的
