如果是本地零售店买的，还是可以保修的。甚至于，你送去保修的车费/邮费他们都必须要负责。by CGA, 保修只是对厂商，这并不改变他们作为零售商的责任。 CGA这个法律对零售商很不公平，但作为零售商，我们也只能接受它。

在哪买的拿回去找它修因为根据Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 section 6 (1) where goods are supplied to a consumer there is a guarantee that the goods are of acceptable quality. Section 7(1) For the purposes of section 6, goods are of acceptable quality if they are as—(e) durable. 基本就是说如果商家把商品卖给你，它必须保证商品是acceptable quality，而acceptable quality的定义之一就是商品要持久。根据section 18 (1) Where a consumer has a right of redress against the supplier in accordance with this Part in respect of the failure of any goods to comply with a guarantee, the consumer may exercise the following remedies.(2) Where the failure can be remedied, the consumer may—
(a) require the supplier to remedy the failure within a reasonable time in accordance with section 19:
这个是说如果商品出现问题消费者有权让商家修理。还是关于那个durable的定义好像对电器来说是5年
也就是说不管你买不买保修5年内只要不是人为损伤都可以要求保修

不是吧？那买的？之前沃达丰买的带PLAN 的给保两年呢，IPHONE5 不是去年才上这都不到一年应该可以给修吧？
