八十年代的房子有building permit 但是没有ccc，这样的房子OK吗？还是说1991年前的房子都是没有CCC的？现在要是去补CCC能做的出来吗？求教各位大神

if you are considering purchasing a dwelling built prior to 1992 and council does not hold permit inspection records, a report by a suitably qualified person may help you applying a Certificate of Acceptance.
