标题: Job title变了需要重新申请work visa吗？ [打印本页]

现持有的是Essential Skill Work Visa, 由普通员工升职加薪为Manager后(公司没变，Location没变，只是job title变了）这种情况下我是需要重新申请新的work visa,还是只做个VOC就可以了？

如果需要重新申请工签，那公司是不是还要先打广告招人，证明没有suitable new zealander后工签才能获批？感觉好麻烦啊.....

申请VOC 就可以啦~~

INZ 网站上说：
If you hold an Essential Skills Work Visa you can request a variation of conditions only if:

Your employer is changing, but your occupation and the region where you work remain the same; or
You want to change one or more conditions on your visa, your new position is on one of the Essential Skills in Demand Lists and you meet the requirements of the list.
In any other situation you will need to apply for a whole new work visa.

我的new position“Customer Service Manager” 不在demand list 里,那我就不能做VOC,只能重新申请work visa了,这样理解对吗？

对的，我也是这么理解的~~~~Essential Skills Work Visa 做VOC是比较麻烦一点~~~~
建议你打个电话去移民局再确认一下，以免万一~~
