现持有的是Essential Skill Work Visa, 由普通员工升职加薪为Manager后(公司没变,Location没变,只是job title变了)这种情况下我是需要重新申请新的work visa,还是只做个VOC就可以了?

If you hold an Essential Skills Work Visa you can request a variation of conditions only if:
Your employer is changing, but your occupation and the region where you work remain the same; or
You want to change one or more conditions on your visa, your new position is on one of the Essential Skills in Demand Lists and you meet the requirements of the list.
In any other situation you will need to apply for a whole new work visa.

对的,我也是这么理解的~~~~Essential Skills Work Visa 做VOC是比较麻烦一点~~~~
