明码标价675000，也算公道啊！而且这房子看样子也挺新的。这是为熟么？就是因为是plaster么？

现在都是谈plaster色变得节奏啊，不是说plaster的building code从04年起就改了，就没问题了么。如果抛开漏水问题不谈，plaster的后期维护费用是不是也比砖和weather board要高出许多呢？

这个房子是什么时候建的呢？感觉里面像是重新翻修过的呢~

Plaster经得起考验吗？即使04年以后的再过10年后恐怕也会暴露出漏水问题....

阿海,问问你,为啥我看OREWA和RED BEACH那里的房子价格没那么高呢?
就是因为距离远么?SILVERDALE为啥价高呢?是不是因为那里新房多?谢谢.

Orewa远，Silverdale近。

Silverdale现在建的都是新房，新房哪会便宜呢？
