I can't stay there anymore , go home for lunch

rothesay bay也这么贵了，下一步该 browns bay 和 torbay 了吧。最近关注了这两个区的拍卖，有点价格洼地的感觉。似乎涨幅远不如 glenfield 和unsaworth

你是说涨幅不如Glenfield 和Unsworth Heights吗？可这房多美的海景啊，怎么会这样？

Glenfield比这涨的多是因为它本身价格低,穷人住的地方

in terms of percentage.... 1 million hse increase $200k is just 20% in a yr ( between 2012 t0 2013)

whereas glenfield hses increase can be 30% in a yr ( ie 550K houses bought in 2012 is now sold for $715K or more in glenfield westlake zone)
