同样，砖房50涨到70，20万差价

Plaster40到60，20万差价

看不出哪里不赚钱，有的没钱的，还真只能买Plaster， Lz打得一手好算盘，哈哈~~~

the problem with plaster house is stigma. news and everything is pointing fingers not to buy plaster hse....

i agreed with LZ, when everyone hse has appreciated 300k, the only appreciation (if any) a plaster hse gain is CV or even lower than CV price.

When we talk about house shortage in auckland, part contribution is plaster houses that are difficult to sell ( not sellable unless it is knock down price). New houses favouring current housing materials and old houses ( weatherboard / brick & tile) will continue be in gd demand.
