不止是横梁压顶问题,而且地势是前高后低,会造成不聚财的情况。。。门开的也有问题。。。
自住慎重,投资只要价格ok就ok了。。。

屋况一般  得花3万多装修  装修完就租掉了 。。。等待2016年分割

那个地方以前很便宜,现在也涨了 。 不是好地方 , 穷白人巨多 。 租不上价格 。 最多租 $420 .

Yes, it was true that Te Atatu Peninsula was cheap ten years ago, it was even cheaper 15 years ago.
Someone I know bought a piece of water front land (full section) for $140k about 16 years ago. That piece of land would worth over $600k today and there are not many available now.

However, the market has changed, especially in the last a few years. More and more young professional couples have moved in to the peninsula, and more are coming.

Three years ago, a young couple (tenants) rented with me in Te Atatu Peninsula for a year. They both were high income earners working in CBD. They fell in love with the place and ended up bought a property worth $610k in October 2010. Today, you cannot buy that property for anything under $800k!
