只是8月份的涨幅吧？

统计数据是整个奥克兰平均，你关注的往往都是一些热门区域和房型，那么上涨幅度肯定要超过平均啦

that is average price increased by 13.8%.

Some houses increase more than that, especially fullsite houses ( may be 30%, in some cases)
Some houses with fullsite land in milford ( eg nile rd ) last yr this time was sold for 700k, this yr is impossible to see it at 900k. So, really depend on suburds and not generic 13.8%

yes, true. shockingly true.

111 nile rd sold at about $820k last yr september, now they re-put it on market for auction, see how much it will fetch. just listed today

我们喜欢的和看到的终究是少数一部分而已
有些人买房连基本常识都没有,所以把一些房子的价格拍到给跪的地步
多数还是维持一个稳定上涨的势头

何止啊！！！！90%over！都是基本翻着cv卖分割地、、、不是分割的也60%+了
