国内三年的软件测试经验，对在NZ找工作有帮助吗？
这三年，我主要是做对花旗银行的软件测试，特别是网上银行。

software testing在NZ是比較吃香的工作之一, 你有經驗他們就不會看你的學歷, 最好就是有你之前的雇主的reference之類的信, 說說你的主要職務是什麼, 有什麼achievement之類, 只不過就是support你的CV, 然後就是英文問題了, 如果你英文好, 可以跟他們溝通, 基本就可以找到一份好的工作了, 祝你好運

谢谢指点，我是NZ理工学院本科IT毕业，在这里7年，有PR。因家事，回国三年多，刚回到NZ不久。不过我的REference都是国内的。

我来新西兰之前，在国内干过10年的软件开发。到这里根本不被承认，后来没有办法在一个老师的软件水平都不如我的学校又读了一个学位，才找到工作。

所以LZ，关于国内工作经验，除非是国际知名的大公司，否则，这非常看运气。

buddy, Test Architect is pretty high to me. do you have intermediate testing role?

不可能吧，软件开发的技术全球通用的，除非你英文实在太弱，没法让人知道你有多牛。

技術是全球通用的沒錯
work reference就不是了
在以前IT緊缺的年代
哪的經驗比較不重要
現在已經飽和了
job agent手上有大把有trackable local experience在找工作
junior position沒有朋友reference是進不去的
senior的position三年又太短
但也不是完全絕望
運氣最重要但千萬不要以為自己很強而over optimistic

NZ的花旗就在downtown啊.
lz国内那个城市工作啊?
一个人养家,收入还是很客观的啊.

我在大连，是可以养家，但也存不下钱。
花旗在NZ没什么业务。在AU就不一样了，我还给AU花旗做过项目。

新西兰就是这样.啥都及不上AU...
只能多看看多留意留意了.

IAG was looking for a intermediate Tester , but not anymore.
A lot of organisation outsource the QA part to another company now.

不好意思，才看到。

之前面试都是两轮，主要问测试技术，敏捷开发相关经验，也会问一些team work的问题。重点把以前的项目经历都好好准备，最好找人模拟下面试。两轮通过会check reference.

谢谢，今天去了第一轮，感觉一般般，可能是我太放松了。我也没想这一次就可以找到工作。
