The old Rosedale landfill site was owned by Waste Management, surrounded by the motorway to the west, Hugh Green Drive to the east, Greville Road to theNorth and Rosedale Road to the south with a total area of 37ha. The resource consent for the landfill finished in 1994, the local residents and the developer HughGreen objected the extension of the consent, as a compromise only clean fill - soil etc is allowed inthe landfill. In 2004 the former North Shore City Council bought the whole site and made it a recreational reserve. Three options were considered a BMX park, a botanical garden or golf driving range.
The section near Greville road still emitts methane gas, the other portion are ready for Park Development.
There are many old landfills in the city, large ones include Pikes Point in Onehunga, and one close to Stonefields. Many are are not proper recorded.
No residential property in Pinehillwas built on landfill. The Rosedale landfill has proper liner and clay capping layer. Methane gas are collected for power generation.
Within10years Council will develop this area into proper recreational park.
Spreading unqualified information with a purpose of defamation is criminal. So please watch whatever you say, if not careful you can be sued for damages.

LZ是不是想表述那个垃圾场其实和ｐｉｎｅｈｉｌｌ间隔了条 Greville road ？可能大家误会的就是，　当把鼠标放到Ｂ点时地图就直接显示地址为：Rosedale Landfill Road, Pinehill, North Shore City.
地图硬是把Rosedale landfill road划到ｐｉｎｅｈｉｌｌ这个区里了，　其实真正的ｐｉｎｅｈｉｌｌ和垃圾场间是隔了
Ｇｒｅｖｉｌｌｅ　ｒｏａｄ的。　大家都误会了

按照文中的描述，下图红线中间的区域才是真正的landfill区域

而且文中也提到 “No residential property in Pinehill was built on landfill.” 已经说的很明白了。住在北岸的童鞋们都见过这个高速口和旁边的空地，到目前为止还没有居民区

If you claim that "No residential property in Pinehill was built on landfill.", I would like to see whether you are able to provide us with anyone of detailed reports below,

1. Resource consent from Council
2. Underground water testing report from Environment & Lab factory
3. Geo Tech Report from Land Developer

If you cannot provide such reports, then it is a bullshit statement.

有什么好纠结的，那些每天公鸡说pinehill是垃圾堆的人你们又不住上面有什么好辩论的，换句话说人家愿意关你们毛事！一有关于pinehill风吹草动的就立马出来辩论，对，那个就是一个＂价值不菲＂的垃圾堆又怎样，不知道那些人什么心态！既然govt. council批准是可以建住宅的那就没问题！不就看不惯最近一年来涨的比较厉害嘛！每个区都有好的地方不好的地方自己住的舒服就好了！

同意，别人家的地方跟他们有半毛钱关系吗？再说最近一年不光是pinehill涨啊，我住的east coast bay这边也涨的很凶，而且整个auckland都再疯长。除非他买的plaster的房子

hugegreendrive靠高速那方向的有几懂啦、不过应该有点距离

同意啦、俺们住的开心就好、这个区俺都住了10多年了、搬家过还是在这里头、真心习惯这里啦、

其实真的是全akl都风涨、然后有的地方跟地方价格以前有差距现在都扯平的、貌似最近回到轨道上了距离又拉开
