标题: Tor Bay 好还是henderson height好呢 [打印本页]

最近在看北岸和西区的房子，不知道Tor bay好点还是hendeson height好，Tor bay貌似好远的。

根本不是一个档次的两个区，一个是差区的一般区，一个是传统的好区，但共同点是交通都不方便

不是最差，是最远的老房区。跟最最最远的long bay比就是新房少了点

Henderson应该和glenfield比，和torbay没有可比性

Torbay is better area than Henderson height, hh is very mixed group people lives there, if you want headaches you can choose hh.

感觉Bay区也要看是在什么位置，torbay那边靠近海的街道，好房子也不少哦，价钱一点不低

我在北岸东区都住过，现在住hh, 环境来说北岸还很多，hh在西区来说很好的区。

Long bay is better than torbay, new subdivasion resident area and long bay college zone.

torbay目前价值还算是正常,没有被炒起来,小学,初中都是10分,高中long bay colleage,开发商给了学校一笔钱，让他们将规模做大,做强，现在long bay 周围的新房好的都是120-140万，非常看好torbay和long bay的未来

torbay整个都被在long bay college的覆盖下, long bay college还覆盖waiake, oteha, 部分browns bay,部分pinehill, 部分albany

个人觉得Torbay比Henderson Heights好。

Henderson穷白和岛人太多。。。
