courierpost换地址一般不需要id签收他们只负责送达地址

據我瞭解一般都不會要求ID，除非sender or receiver 在 instruction 裏面有這個要求。
但簽名是一定要的，除非是不需要簽名的package 或者sender or receiver 授權無需簽名。
這種事情每天都在發生。
