我这个也知道啊，地税单上都有写，但是变量在哪里？为什么全市不同区域差那么多？有点晕啊、

只有franklin有点不一样，而且也只是franklin得rural和business，所有urban residential都是1呀。

How rates are calculated in 2013/2014

Rates are based on the following components for the 2013/14 rating year.
A Uniform Annual General Charge of $363.35 (a fixed rate applied to every rateable property).
A general rate (based on the capital value of the property) for nine differential groups:
Urban residential 1.0
Business 2.53 x the urban residential rate
Rural business 2.28 x the urban residential rate
Rural residential 0.9 x the urban residential rate
Franklin urban business 2.13 x the urban residential rate (to increase by 0.1 annually until it comes inline with the rest of the region)
Franklin rural business 1.92 x the urban residential rate
Farm and lifestyle properties 0.8 x the urban residential rate
Sea-only access properties 0.25 x the urban residential rate
Uninhabited islands 0.0 x the urban residential rate.
Targeted rates, if applicable (pay for specific services or projects for certain areas or properties).

果然是中文太不准确了，连年份都搞错成2012/13年度的了。

这应该是最新的，不过还是看的很迷糊。
