听说入籍前有4次罚单不能入籍了，具体是怎么定的呢？哪位大侠知道麻烦帮解答一下。。。感谢

偶尔一两次可以，要有理由的，最起码写解释信的时候能找借口说自己不小心超速的

什么高速开160-180被抓的，被警察起诉过的，100%入不了籍

当然太多了也不行，人家一查一张纸都打不完，你解释也解释不清楚

入籍的时候会让你添所以的违法记录，超速被警察抓肯定要添，次数多，严重了，是需要写解释信的。
PS: 我只有一次超速的记录，交上去以后也没让我写解释信，直接批了。

Having traffic infringements may affect an applicant's ability to meet one of the legal requirements of citizenship, when their application is considered by the Minister of Internal Affairs, namely the good character requirement. The Minister may take into account many things when considering if an applicant meets the good character requirement. As a matter of policy, applicants with four or more infringements of a similar nature (e.g. traffic, fishing) incurred within the last two years should expect to have their citizenship application declined by the Minister for a period of 12 months after the date of their last infringement. Parking infringements seldom affect an applicant's ability to meet the good character requirement.

上上年被罚了四次.最后驾照还被没收停了三个月.今年照样PR.看运气

PR和入籍的要求不一樣，到你要想申請入籍的時候估計要解釋罰單和駕照被沒收的事了。

你这种情况入籍不一定行

两年期间内超过4张超速罚单的在最后一个超速罚单日期起算，一年内不得申请。。。。

也就是说，申请的时候往回算两年，如果超过4张超速罚单的，那就要等最后一张罚单日期一年后再申请

当然，等待期间如果再次吃到罚单，那又重新计算

这也是大概2011年后的新规定啦。。。。。
