我这次头一次支持工党的政策。JK和那racist老头合作已经把我往工党推去。当然，还要看其他的政策。相信明年会知道

这个限制似乎更会增加海外购房者的兴趣,越是不让的越是让人感觉有利润.至于方法还是比较多的,例如找个本地人帮忙买,然后放进trust.

最可笑的是强制性卖房，这个完全是在搞政治，就像工党90年代一样

工党为了上台，也会急不可耐的舔Racist老头的。都没一个好东西，就看谁更好那么一点点。

I will vote base on their policies published before the election.

Agree labour on Housing.

Disagree national on GCSB.
Disagree labour on Power management.
Disagree green on money printing (they dumped it luckily)
Disagree labour to revoke skycity contract (this is investment killer. I don't agree on gambling but I side with oversea investment that could create more jobs. Job is more important)

Labour's proposal

*Non-residents banned from buying existing NZ houses.
*Exemptions for Australians or foreigners who plan to live in NZ permanently.
*Non-residents will be able to buy vacant land if they plan to build on it within 12
months.
*Students or skilled migrants who have been in NZ for more than 12 months can
buy homes, but must sell if they leave.
*Non-residents found to have bought a house will be forced to sell and could be
fined.
*Part of housing policy which includes capital gains tax on investment
properties and building 100,000 new homes in 10 years.

工党一套组合拳（资产增值税，三年10万房屋，海外买价不能买房），应该能得到很多选票，毕竟好多kiwi都买不起房子了。但是个人认为工党左倾太厉害了，政策太偏激，完全被绿党牵着鼻子走。
国家党也悬，没有什么政党能结盟，John Banks, Peter Dunne，明年都悬，明年选举非常激烈。
