想问一下，上班族里的IT高手，发件箱里面的邮件都堆在了服务器里面，但OUTLOOK上面没有邮件的信息。现在想从exchange服务器上把这些邮件删掉，这要怎么删除呢？进入服务器后用哪个命令行进行操作为及具体的步骤要怎么做呢，谢谢。

check your mailbox size. make sure the you are not reach the limitation. If this is the case, you need to cleanup mailbox to get some free space or increase mailbox size.

how come the sent items are stayed in exchange rather than the mailbox?
And how did you figure it out? That is not possible.
