新买了投资房准备出租。

原房主保险公司是FMG。。。没听说过，据说是专门针对农场的？

所以想换一个保险公司，现在还有可以能吗？是TC1的地。

问了AA不行，AMI在等消息中，TOWER必须要有别的保险产品一起才能受理。

还有别的公司能接受吗？头疼！

更新一下，今天终于收到AMI的确认了，心头大石终于放下。

话说现在保险真贵啊，就只是rental property premier house，一年要$1343呢！

我offer的房子保险是asb，要是under offer了，我也想问问能否换到ami

我是要出租的，就打算买rental house insurance. 不保家具那些。

lz这里都是nz的房东，你可以上这去问问看有什么好注意

you can try NZI, I got same situation as you. I got declined by AMI but accpeted by NZI. You will need to have the following documents to support your application. 1. EQC scope of work 2. repair sign off sheet (if your house has been repaired) 3. Deed of assignment from the vendor/EQC/previous insurance claim. 4. A full building inspection by a registed builder or engineer. 5. completed insurance application form. if you need to know more, you can call me. 021831114. sorry I am at office, I can not type chinese. hope it can help you.

AMP 试一下。做出租房险你不能要求包含家具类Content insurance。就是空房出租那样。

应该是按房子保额算的保费吧。LZ保了多少钱一年保费要1300啊？？

我在网上自己算的，房子再造要46W。也是保了loss of rent 和 5000的基本content。

估计不到一年新的房子，所以比较贵？
