标题: 手机店解锁失败，变成废铁，没陪1分钱，欲哭无泪阿 [打印本页]

偶的iphone 4 带锁大不了电话，new north rd 上一家自称苹果专修店的说170官解，结果把偶的带锁的iphone 4 解锁成垃圾了，虽然解锁前不能打电话，但其他功能都正常阿，解锁失败后不但电话大不了，wifi 也没了，电脑也不识别了，10秒钟死一次机，跟废铁没区别了。回去找店家，店家说没办法，还原不了，只能换主板要200多300，而且还是给我的成本价。。。
真他妈想骂人，你解锁不了别弄坏阿，弄坏还不包赔，你还原到我拿给你时的样子我当ipod用也行阿，结果还要我自己花200多300换主板，就算我掏也只该掏170吧（当初谈的170解锁），你弄坏了机器多出来的修理要TMD我掏吗。
虽然没拿解锁费（解锁失败），但来回跑了3趟共100多公里，还把不能打电话的手机搞成废铁了。还没有理赔。。。。
大哥，开店就要有责任，解不了别接活，弄坏了要理赔。你这光收钱不担责任成啥了。

你可以去dispute tribunal 状告如果一开始对方没有声明免责或者有协议之类的话

他家烂到不能在烂我的ipad 屏幕玻璃坏了在那换了一个狗血的事情来了回家后有一半的胶没粘好掉了一半出来！！！！

只能认栽呗不能还能怎样你去找apple apple一眼就看出不是原装的当花钱买个教训好了

看看SN和IMEI是不是和原来一样的不会给你装错主板了吧软解锁不可能搞成这样的硬解锁新西兰没有人做啊就是他们家做也绝对需要把风险告诉你

以前我去他家修 X box 360, 修了11次没修好，油钱都不止100.

这个风险必须要事先声明的就好象做手术不能什么都不告诉你就给你拉一刀不是

我怎么一点回复就要重新登录那。没好，现在白苹果了。。。。楼上是weiphone的人啊。。崇拜。。。。。没空告他，现在我在忙另一个官司。被人盗用名义签约宽带，那人当然不付钱了。然后就是我欠了800多然后被列信誉黑名单。前两天去银行办事时发现的。现在天天跑vodaphone 和警察局那。。。。哎呀，最近背啊。。。
