what is the wall material, is it plaster?

A Comprehensive House & Moisture Inspection, LIM and other relevant information are available for this immaculate property.

Also this should be a cavity plaster, should be ok if the moisture inspection pass.

不熟北岸，不过名字里有个Bay的现在还开价卖，而且700多米的地，不到80W？too good to be true?

这个价格要不是PLASTER，上市第一天就不见了，肯定还是MUILTI OFFER，而且提到了A Comprehensive House & Moisture Inspection，就更说明材料是PLASTER怕买家有顾虑啦

buy or not。。。

depend on you。。。

want it then buy it。。。

if not next one。。。

如果是很多华人买家会选择不买。。。

因为买了害怕转手麻烦。。。

再来也怕买了漏水在自己手上。。。

太多未明因素再加上风险系数问题。。。

所以选择不碰的人会超过50%。。。

当然如果你觉得价格合适以后花个20万装修一下或者换个外墙都觉得轻松并且觉得值得。。。

那下手吧。。。

别延迟因为换了个外墙应该还蛮抢手的。。。

我猜我猜我猜猜猜。。。

Need to find out what year CCC is issued. If it is after 2005 (inclusive), then it is ok. Just ask DOES IT HAVE CAVITY BEHIND THE WALL

从84万9降到这个价位了，100%的漏水房材料，但现在还没有出现问题，但这个房子的房檐很宽，所以还是个优点，地势也很高，房子很漂亮。就看你敢不敢买了。反正我不敢。不过过几年这么大的地也值点钱了，推了盖新的。

其实我觉得买了推了重建还是值得的，77万9再讲讲价，然后花个40多万建个新的，也才115-120万左右，隔壁WINDSOR PLACE刚拍那个400平米地房子好像是280平米左右的新房，都拍了110万多

看过这个房，非常漂亮，就是因为是plaster, 所以没卖掉，而且没cavity。尽管重新弄了外墙，但还是没卖掉。先是拍卖，然后$849，000,现在变成$779,000。
说他地势高，我觉得只是相对而言，因为后面的east coast RD 和他的屋顶基本相平。
