标题: 老房子地下室的墙上油漆有起泡的现象 [打印本页]

老房子地下室的墙上油漆有起泡的现象，有人说是外面挡土墙防水老化，有水汽进来。
怎么简单的修？不想把防土墙扒开，重新做防水啊，怎么在内部简单却有效的修补一下。再支持几年，墙是大砖头墙。

砖头和砖头之间的空隙？大砖本身的空？霉味倒是还好。集中在墙，地脚那块。

last time builder told me brick is porous ( ie it will suck water into the brick) there should be water proofing in between .

嗯，肯定有但是年代久远了，40多年了，防水肯定有一些地方就老化了，所以水汽跑进来了，体现在墙体上了，问题是如果不重新做防水的话，怎么样从内部简单的修理一下。内部做一下防水可以么？

probably due to aging of the house...

waterproofing normally is done outside, not inside.
In winter time, it probably will be damp..... it happens to a lot of old houses. That is why people have big do up, not touch up type. It won't cure problems in old houses.

嗯好吧，那只能再说了，装HRV的话会有改善么？
