两室小house，wintec走路10分钟，小pa走路5分钟，hospital走路8分钟，lake走路2分钟，在palmerston st上
我们是一对nice couple，招另一对couple来share我们的房子，房子足够大让另一对couple来住
房租140一周，我们一起share网费和电费，基本一周在160-170之间。如果是单人就稍微有点贵，房租135刀然后一起share网费电费。地理位置非常好，房子也很温馨，希望可以常住, 请联系0279537121（中文） 0220745152（英文）
