卖了79.2万。还是crosslease 也不是好学区。
所以是不是我家三房2卫浴weatherboard的也能多卖点钱了

i find it strange too. a cross-leased property at glenfield is selling for 790k?

Comparing for a fullsite house at kennedy rd forrest hill for $820k.

你可以拿出来看看。。。拍卖就这样。。。。说不准就卖上个天价。。。前提是你的房子的确有特点有让人喜欢的条件

" transformed and revitalised " = renovated house.

google earth shows 2 houses very close to each other after long drive way ( sharing with 2 houses).
