as you will be aware and in accordance with your lease of the property at the corner of street ,a rental review is due on 29 september
你应该知道你的房屋租赁合同将会重新审核，审核的截至日期是9月29号
under clause 2.1 of the lease,if you dispute the annual proposed ,then you must give us written notice within one month after service of this letter that you dispute the proposed rental and specifying the annual rental proposed by you as the current market rental.
根据租赁合同的第2.1条，如果你不同意我们提出的相关变化以及条款，那么请在一个月内以书面形式与我们联系并且根据市场租赁价格提出自己的意见
any new rental shall then be determind in accordance with clause 2.2 of the lease.
新的租赁将会根据2.2条款重新制定
if you are in agreement with these terms,please amend your automatic payment commencing on 29 september to reflect the new rental.
如果你同意我们提出的相关变化以及条款（主要指租金），那么请及时通知银行更新自动付款的金额，并且新的付款将于9月29号开始
we note the next rental review is due on 29 september.
下一次的租金审核将会在明年9月29号截至(一般提前1~2个月开始).
