Trade me shows available property for sale : 986 only

never see such a low nos before.

Looks like severally shortage?

At the time I bought a few apartments in 2010, there were more than 1000 CBD apartments listed on trademe.

Now only about 660 listed.

1400 - 1600 last yr average

前段时间很多。。最近TRADEME上确实一天没上几个- -。。少了。。- -。。

shortage of supply is pushing the price upward. A house ( full site- 650 sq m/ 3 beds 1 bath) in sunnynook recently sold for around $770k.

正解，，后悔半个月前没跟个泡菜买670地3房小装修，，65w好像才
