Hi guys, sorry I can't type chinese at the moment. I would like to ask any of you gurus. If you are adding a bathroom/toilet in your garage, will watercare ask you to pay for more wasterwater fixed cost and any other one off cost? Thanks.

废水费用是根据你用水的百分之75来算的，而不是说你有几个厕所或者浴室来算的。就算你有5个浴室，但是你没有用水，也不会收你钱的。

废水费是fixed的吧？
