You could both be responsible. The house may have places that allow mice to get in. You may be leaving things out that attract them. Don't mean to imply that your house isn't clean, but very little astonishes me any more when it comes to what tenants do. You don't say where the mice are--are they in your kitchen cupboards or where? You are the landlord should at least come over and have a look at the problem, If there are any gaps at all, take some tinfoil and stuff the gaps with it as tightly as you can.or kinda "mice"control commercial treatment.
