There are a lot CEOs got shares, bonus, cars, boats, all kinds of allowances ......

but bear in mind They take greater responsibilities as well. Even private properties are at risk.

some CEOs are not the owners..

some board is not owners either...

anything is written in the contract.. all whese extras are coming after the contract... any way, if i apply for extra 5 holidays, what do i get? nothing....

the only way is to work hard today, and one day I will be CEO too..

Directors are not necessarily owners.
but they are not merely employees neither. They are sometimes personally responsible for the company decisions& Conducts.

Sometimes owner don't take responsibility, but the person who executed it have to take responsibility when something went wrong. The got award more because of this responsibility and their knowledge on how to handle the company...

这有什么可抱怨的，职位不同报酬不同，除非你也是同等职位你可以抱怨一下同工不同酬，人家职位比你高得到的比你多，只能怨自己没本事了。。。

这个社会本来就是不公平的，在NZ的还好点，在中国的剥削更严重了。3000块一个月，天天晚上做到11点下班的大有人在。老板只是口头上给你画饼，那些农村出来的孩子依旧那么拼劲十足。

努力的总比不努力的结果还是好些，出生造就了一个人的人生路好不好走，没生在富裕人家不努力还有别的办法么？

他们的责任和收入相比，不值一提。公司都是有限责任。

I believe CEO's remuneration package is a market value thing, & There must be a reason
Not everyone can be a CEO
& Check company law what directors are actually liable for, you will be surprised..

你太天真了.如果他们都那么负责,安然也不会倒了.
现实中,CEO 的工资只和大股东对他的信任度有关和市场无关.
你确实应该好好看看公司的运作了.不是为了和你抬杠.当然有少数杰出的CEO.不过大部分都是言过其实.
