爸妈的Pr下来了，
但移民局的信里有这么一条
When you travel to New Zealand in accordance with your resident visa, you must apply for and be granted entry permission.
Before you first travel to New Zealand, you much tell us about any change to your circumstances that may affect a decision to grant you entry permission in reliance on your resident visa, including

changes to your business or employment
changes to your family circumstances.

我爸妈不能直接过来还要申请什么Entry Permission???是这个意思吗?

个人理解：那是在你父母纽西兰入境时海关的在护照上的permit 请楼下大侠们指正

就是说可以直接过来了，但入境时要海关盖章？

就是入关时的permit. 每个PR 都是这样
