新西兰公民，以前没去过美国，打算去旅游一次，想问一下，是不是需要提前打指纹做个记录？

No but you need to apply for online ETA (pls google), and cost about $15US...
You do the finger print at the customs when u land in US
(sorry at work so cant type Chinse)
