A 62-year-old man who assaulted his 73-year-old neighbour after years of abusing each other has pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm.
Leslie Otto, 73, died in hospital a few weeks after the fight but pathologists said he would not normally have died from the injuries caused by the attack.
Emanu Toafiga, 62, pleaded guilty today after a charge of manslaughter was dropped and substituted for a charge of grievous bodily harm.
