ANYONE HAS GOOD BNZ MORTGAGE MANAGER CONTACT DETAILS?

MY GIRLFRIEND GOT BNZ FLEXIBLE MORTGAGE RATE, WANT TO CHANGE TO FIXED 2 YEAR RATE. The one she asked this afternoon provided her 5.4% fixed 2 years, is that reasonable? I think it is still too high.

By the way, as she had flexible rate home loan, is she able to switch bank if another bank can offer better rate?

Please advise

that's too high. flexible = floating? If so, yes she can switch to another bank

Yep, thx.. that is what I told to her this afternoon, 5.4% fixed 2 year rate is quite high la .. i got my ASB one, is under 5, and most bank can offer rate lower than 5..

really? did i miss anything? if really tough to get a better rate in BNZ, i shall suggest her to switch bank.. : )

恩我的经历就是BNZ的rates都满差的。

如果你朋友需要转银行，找至诚信贷的Woody吧，021 2222 418，说是阿海的朋友就好了。
