标题: 600K中高选择北岸OR中区？ [打印本页]

大家发表一下高见，就现在持续火爆房市，600K中高的预算要买个全副地3~4房，是选择北岸Hillcrest，Glenfield;还是在中区（偏西）Mt Roskills,New Windsor?例如比较从投资角度，租金回报，升值空间？
或从居住角度，生活便利，居住环境舒适？

in north shore, same money buy combo ( burger, chip and coke).

有些道理，但现在北岸的房价也很疯狂啊

glenfield, can still find late to mid 600k
Hillcrest , some areas like mounthbatten rd, the other day i saw one sold at late 600k.

yes...........last year.......this year around 750k+

如果，只从安全的角度来讲。北岸应是one street ahead..

New Windsor都算中区了，炒得真严重

中区能看的4房要800K，600K中上 3房还能看。中区没法看了，我家都放弃了

不要求校区不要求环境不要求房子的状况。。。

这个价格全副地还蛮多选择的。。。

多口说一句。。。
