Realestate.co.nz 是半官方网站，按理说房地产公司都该把房子放上去。应该多一些。
Trademe是私人的，有些小公司不一定放。现在房子卖的很快，就不一定到处都做广告了。

private sales can not list on realestate.co.nz

Trade me has better volume of people watching than realestate.co.nz

Demand is getting less and less now for houses in north shore. Vendors are not selling now, a lot of stocks are clear and not replenished. north shore now only has 1098 houses - less vacant land etc, basically only 900 houses for sales.

Supply is going to hit in news / media in next few weeks.......
