Can somebody comment on this house?

listed in Feb, still in market, probabaly is because is linked house? I really like the interior design of this house, and no garden, big deck.

Is the asking price 735K too high?

Please give me some advice

I wouldn't pay 735 for a linked house with no land at all. Park can be a bit noisy too in day time since there are 8 soccer fields there.
That's the reason for it's on the market for so long....ellerslie north is a great area and very very popular, very European.... So it must have its reason, not recommended for any close offer but again it's up to you.

我觉得太贵了，连体town house，没地，share driveway。。。。

2月份登到现在呢，这个价格绝对卖不出。

这不是价格的问题。

60万我都不会买这房子，因为住得不舒服。

都考虑70万的房子了，当然找个地大点的最起码别连体啊！
